Hi Mike,

Me, too! My wife has been raving about Omnivore's Dilemma and In Defense of Food for months. I wasn't convinced until I saw Food, Inc. Now I am fully on board with the sustainable food movement.

A word of advice: Take the time to track down grass finished beef. It is not the same thing as grass fed beef, which is still finished on corn or potatoes, and it's extremely difficult to find. But it'll be the best burger or steak you will have ever had!

It is an outrageous story and it continues to get stranger and stranger. Basically, the murderer was an 88-year old fanatical right wing, white supremict. He blamed Jews for all of the world's problems so he could think of nothing better than to go on a killing spree at a memorial dedicated to, well, their struggles in the past 100 years. The man was senile. We are fortunate that he only was able to kill one and injure others before he was subdued. Interestingly enough, I was reading Details magazine, one of my favorites, about the future of the white supremacy party. Not good. The largest American white supremacy group is called Storm Force or Storm Front or something like that. They boast 100,000+ members. I have no doubt that the election of Obama caused a spike in membership.

There is no doubt that Stephen Baldwin's character in Forgetting Sarah Marshall was spoofing David Caruso. Jim Carrey does a great impression too.

John: I did veer into the other lane while shooting a previous version of the clip - not smart.

Andrew: Marley probably wouldn't have liked me smoking the cigar either...or the bacon cheddar cheeseburger I had for lunch.

One Love.
